If I’ve learnt anything in life is that you shouldn’t even start a conversation unless the receiving end is worthy of your words. I’ve told myself this lesson over and over, which some of you might not believe because I tend to blab my head off. I guess that’s why I keep reminding myself of it? A good example of this is when discussing politics in Egypt, but lets not get into that. Bottom line is if you must converse make sure the person you’re conversing with doesn’t consider your words as garbage pouring out of your mouth. This works both ways, it’s your job to also make sure that what you say isn’t incomprehensible crap.
Another thing you shouldn’t do is just rant on and on about anything that displeases you in a rather loud voice that pisses off other people. I mean if this is your way of blowing off steam then don’t be surprised if people (I) loose respect for you. At least make sure you’re shouting AT someone, and that this unfortunate person actually deserves to be shouted at for the transgression that they have committed. At least then you won’t seem like a raving lunatic.
If we abide those two rules, we might actually be a more civilized species. But then again, we all have a god complex and we just HAVE to say whatever shit that’s on our minds. Or in this case typing it out.
